Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup kale fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger optional, for a spicy kick
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or liquid of choice
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare your spinach and kale. If using fresh fruits, peel and chop them.
  • Add the spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana, ginger, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Optionally, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with tropical fruit slices if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

To reduce sugar content, omit the banana or replace it with 1/4 avocado for creaminess.
