Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium fresh orange sliced
  • 1 small fennel bulb or 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 liter filtered water
  • Optional: A few sprigs of fresh mint
  • Optional: 2–3 thin slices of lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash the orange and fennel thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticide residue.
  • Slice the orange into thin rounds. If using fennel bulbs, slice them into small pieces.
  • Add the orange slices and fennel to a large pitcher of filtered water.
  • Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Stir before serving and pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices if desired. Enjoy!
