Base Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese in small batches, allowing it to melt completely.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
