  • 1 cup natural peanut butter sugar-free
  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Shape Cookies: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie and place it on the baking sheet. Flatten each with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
