Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour or substitute with oat flour for nut-free option
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder whey, vegan, or collagen-based
  • 1/3 cup natural sweetener honey, maple syrup, or stevia
  • 2 large eggs or flaxseed gel for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or dairy/non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, almond milk, natural sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  • Fold in the optional dark chocolate chips for extra flavor.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly moist.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
