  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • 1 cup sautéed spinach
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp
  • Toss shrimp in olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Step 2: Cook the Fettuccine
  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and toss with a splash of olive oil.
  • Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  • Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Pour in heavy cream, whisking constantly, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Bake
  • Toss fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  • In a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, layer half the pasta, followed by half the shrimp.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta, shrimp, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 5: Bake the Dish
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for an extra crispy top.
  • Step 6: Serve and Garnish
  • Let the dish rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
